Jesse Curll is a 25 year Multi-Family Real Estate veteran, currently overseeing projects for select non-profit and for-profit Owners / Managers.
Prior to joining Oliver Capital Efficiency, Jesse led Asset Management/ Transactions/Compliance departments, overseeing 15,000 units nationwide for Volunteers of America (VOA). Prior to VOA, Jesse developed the Asset Management function for a national LIHTC Syndicator and a Northeast mixed income Multi-Family Development / Property Management Company.
Previously, Jesse was Director of Acquisitions for Beacon Communities, a national Development / Property Management Company and was Vice President of AIMCO (AIV), a national Real Estate REIT – Owner / Operator, responsible for Asset Management of over 100,000 units and over $1B in transactions nation wide.
